SHIPPING/RETURN POLICIES
We will do our best to always ensure high-quality shipping transactions. Our merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground within the continental United States only, within SEVEN TO TEN DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT.
SHIPPING RATES
FREE SHIPPING offers are valid only for deliveries inside the 48 continental united states. Alaska and Hawaii add $4.00 to their orders.
RETURN POLICY/ ADJUSTMENTS
As a reminder all return claims involving damaged, defective or misshipped merchandised must be filed within 48 hours of receipt of product. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package/product will result in a call tag arranged by the us through our shipping carrier. If you have an issue like this send us an email via our contact us page and we will request a pick up of the product from your location for return and replacement or refund.
Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order delivery date: NO exceptions.
We ask that you check the shipment the same day you receive it to determine if there is any damage caused during shipment and it is the correct product you ordered. Return orders will not be accepted after thirty day from date of receipt.
REFUND POLICY
It is our goal to provide the customer with high quality products. If upon receiving your product and you are not totally satisfied with the quality of that product and it does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will replace it or refund the cost of that product.
